Generally, turnaround time on larger orders takes 7 to 10
business days but can vary depending on order size and/or
complexity, availability of requested materials, and/or various
seasonal periods of increased customer volume. "Rush"
orders are available in certain instances but may require
additional cost.

A standard 30 day return policy applies to all non-personalized
items sold by Rotter Graphics. There is a "No Return" policy
on any custom designed order due to the personalized nature
of these items. Returns/Refunds will only be considered in the
instance of a mistake on our part (ie., wrong size, wrong
design/color, wrong placement, etc.).
Cancellations/Alterations to orders will only be allowed if they
are made prior to our purchase of the necessary materials
(t-shirts, hats, ink, etc.) AND before we begin work on
production of the order.
